Raider Bean Cafe has become a beloved fixture in Patchogue-Medford, renowned for its freshly baked cookies and warm hospitality. What makes the cafe' truly special is its workforce - over 35 special needs students who have thrived in the cafe' environment. Established during the COVID-19 pandemic when traditional work sites were closed, Raider Bean provided vocational opportunities within the school day, allowing students to develop essential skills and confidence.

We aim to amplify their voices, celebrate their achievements and promote inclusivity and empowerment in our communities.
